Agent connection

Connect an AI assistant to your account

You can let an assistant like ChatGPT or Claude work with your memorials — look them up, check where they are in production, and help you write the life story. You'll sign in and approve the connection first, and the assistant only ever sees your own account.

Your connection link

Copy this and paste it into your assistant when it asks for a server or connector URL.

What the assistant can do

After you sign in and approve the connection, the assistant acts as you — nothing more. It can only see and change memorials on your own account, and every action follows the same permissions you have when using the site.

List memorials

Read only

List the memorials owned by the signed-in user, with publish state, package, and dates.

Get a memorial

Read only

Get one memorial owned by the signed-in user, including its bio, public link, and view count.

Update memorial story

Can change

Update the written details of a memorial the signed-in user owns: the person's name, dates, and life story text.

Get memorial progress

Read only

Show where a memorial stands in production: editing checkpoints, review rounds, and any open revision requests.

Get memorial engagement

Read only

Count how many times the signed-in user's memorial pages have been viewed, overall and per memorial, over a recent window.

List revision requests

Read only

List the revision requests filed on a memorial the signed-in user owns, with their round number and status.

File a revision request

Can change

File a revision note on a delivered memorial the signed-in user owns, so the editing team can pick it up.

Get the scan link

Read only

Get the public memorial link that the headstone QR code points to, plus where to download the QR artwork.

What it can never do

  • See anyone else's memorials, orders, or account details — it only ever acts as you.
  • Delete a memorial, unpublish it, or change your publish status.
  • Upload, replace, or delete videos, photos, or any other source footage.
  • Make a purchase, change a package, or touch your payment details.
  • Read your password, sign-in details, or payment information.

You can revoke access at any time by removing the connector inside your assistant.

Test your connection

Once it's connected, paste one of these into the assistant to make sure it's working.

  • List my memorials and tell me which ones aren't published yet.
  • Where is my memorial in production right now?
  • Help me tighten the life story on my memorial, then save it.
